At Honeydew, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
